Film Review

Stephen Kings 'IT' has to be one of the most talked about horror films of this year. Pennywise, the famous dancing clown, played by Bill Skarsgard, has to be one of the creepiest clowns around. His white, colourless face, his piercing yellow eyes and his sharp teeth are possibly one of the scariest things you could picture. 'IT' was originally a TV-series starting in the 1990's. You are told that Pennywise comes back every 27 years, the remake of this film was made in 2017, that makes it 27 years since the original was first aired. Comparison Of Get Off My Land And Ralph

Ralph and Get off my land are both short films, that portray violence/ abuse. In Ralph this is shown when Ralph walks into the bar and you see the worker and her boss arguing, because he touches her. It is also shown later on in the short film when Ralph has ordered some food and he accidentally trips up the worker, the boss sees this and starts shouting at the worker. Whereas in Get off my land, violence is portrayed in a very different way. At first, violence is shown when the younger male character says I will fight for this land, he says this to the land owner. Violence is then shown when the land owner comes back to him with a gun and says come on lets fight, he then shoots the guy and then later on he then shoots the women with him. They also portray the sense of unrequited love. This is shown in Ralph, as Ralph goes to France to confess his love to his best friend Claire, however once Ralph gets to France and talks to the waitress and says she says i'm like her little brot
